Chet Manly. Kingofloserville. He has gone by a few names, but Chef Michael McKinley has evolved into one of the leaders of Philly’s infused dining community.
While traveling the nation on the Morningstar Farms Burger Tour and working years at high profile events, Mike developed a following with Sweet Time Bakery, making medicated sweets for the masses. In 2018, he and Chef Stephanie Bedrick created Cultivated Chefs, serving infused salon dinners for club members monthly with a rotating cadre of amazing culinary artists.
Mike believes that food is medicine. It has the power to not just sustain, but heal….and the future of food is pharmaceutical gastronomy.

THE MENU:
1) (Infused) Oak Smoked deviled eggs
2) Hummus with Haloumi, Sun dried tomato and olive tapenade, (infused) olive oil
3) Curried purple cauliflower and (infused) truffle oil Bouillabaisse
4) Miso cod, pea shoots, freeze dried edamame, (infused) chili and sesame oil
5) Pork belly with (infused) citrus honey, togaroshi powder, and apple slaw
6) Chocolate, Caramel, and Toffee covered Local bacon bars
